The Trauma Alchemist, and I know exactly what it’s like to come from a traumatic childhood and finally want to live an abundant life of inner peace, success, and abundance and despite all efforts not fully getting there.
I help women heal subconscious trauma, overcome self-sabotaging patterns, and unlock the confidence they need to thrive in life and business. Using my unique Abundance Alchemy Method™️, I’ll help you heal at the deepest level, create lasting inner peace, and manifest abundance in every area of your life.
Having overcome my own struggles with trauma and self-doubt, I know how to guide you through this transformational journey.
I was that woman who wanted a different life.
I already had re-written my story to some extent but I knew there was more and that something was still missing.
Despite many many years of inner healing work, I was still stuck in feelings and beliefs like “I am not good enough, I have nothing to say or offer to the world.” I feared being seen, didn’t own my worth nor trusted myself fully. I had a belief that life is a struggle and that only with hard work and hustling, you may get the reward you desire.
When I created my first business, I just wouldn’t put myself out there.
How could I be successful?
How could I live abundantly if this was what I was still feeling and believing deep down?
I was feeling stuck and doubted myself, wondering what I had missed in my many years of determined healing from past childhood trauma.
But when I discovered the power of subconscious healing, this all changed instantly.
I was so thrilled. I fully reclaimed myself, changed all those negative beliefs at the root, and celebrated my success instead. I had finally found the missing piece of my own healing and my offering to the women I felt called to work with.
Having released the destructive deep-seated beliefs and fully healed from trauma, I was able to own my confidence, have the courage to create a successful business doing my purpose work, know my true worth, and feel comfortable receiving money for my gifts. I deeply trusted and believed in myself to move towards my dreams and desires and started being more visible and fully showing up more than ever before.
What I learned is that you CAN truly heal and that it doesn’t have to take so many years.
I discovered that if you don’t go deep enough into the subconscious mind, you will not be able to access your FULL potential.
It will not be long-lasting or it will keep coming back because it is not healed at the ROOT. You have to go deeper into the subconscious mind where the undigested emotions and destructive beliefs from past trauma are hidden and heal on all three levels: the mind, heart and body.
I also discovered that you have to master yourSELF and develop deep self-love, self-worth and self-trust to truly have the foundation to access the success and abundance you desire.
That is why I take my clients through the 7 keys when they want to go deep because we address the three levels of healing and build the three qualities of self so you can finally heal, transform and thrive much faster than it was possible for me.
That’s why I have decided to be a Trauma Alchemist and make it my life’s mission to help women like you free themselves from past wounds and childhood trauma by unlocking their ultimate confidence to finally alchemize their past into inner peace, success, and abundance so you can thrive in business, life, and love.

It’s based on my knowledge, wisdom, intuition, and lived experience of my own conscious and subconscious healing which I have artfully integrated into my work as a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Facilitator, Inner Child Healing Specialist, Trauma-sensitive HeartMath Certified Practitioner and Published Author. My healing is often described as magical because it is accelerated and fast. It doesn’t have to take years and years.
I am able to get to the heart of the issue very quickly and have a unique way of holding space for people with trauma.
When I first started, I naturally attracted clients with unhealed trauma as the underlying reason why they felt held back or stuck in life and business because I hold a deeply loving, judgment-free and safe container for your transformation to unfold – without getting triggered. I believe that connection is foundational, and I see the connection with my clients as the sacred container for our work together. I am prepared to feel with you, laugh with you, and cry with you. As a result, my clients feel safe and comfortable.
